Villa Purchase Price
Villa prices and annual service fees are fixed in US dollars. The price of each villa includes the land lease, building, and complete furnishings, fixtures and equipment. Each villa will be fully equipped and in move-in condition. Prices range between $3-400,000.

Until 2004, the only route to the east was via a congested, winding highway that passed directly through the town centers of Gianyar and Klungkung.
