Whenever you drank a lot of alcohol, in Asia or back at home, there was often the problem of a hangover – that was until NoHang came along!

Whether it's exotic tropical cocktails, Beer Lao or the Laos local 50% alcohol spirit 'lau kao' (white whiskey), Thai Mekhong, Beer Chang, Singha, Philippines San Miguel (bad hangovers, say many), whisky, wine or "just the usual, please" at your favourite pub, you know that you are probably going to wake up in the morning feeling the effects of the night out with nausea and/or a bad headache otherwise known as a hangover, and it can be hell for both men and women!

If you want to avoid or prevent a bad hangover, improve your health (and possibly lengthen your retirement!) one way is to cut down on "binge drinking". If you want to do this but don't know how, here's something you can try yourself in the privacy of your own home:

What is a hangover?

A hangover is a combination of factors and symptoms caused not only by the alcohol itself, but additives in many alcoholic beverages which go through a fermentation process that gives them flavor, aroma and color. The by-products of the fermentation process are called congeners. When released into your bloodstream, congeners cause a reaction leading to inflammation, pain and nausea as your body battles to cleanse itself of the toxins. Acting like a filter, NoHang absorbs congeners, and prevents them from damaging your system.

Other causes are dehydration – alcohol is a diuretic; it literally forces water out of the body. With it you lose vital minerals like potassium and sodium. This is why you need to visit the bathroom many times while drinking. Next, nervous shock – you are trying to recover from the effects of a mild overdose of a depressant drug, so your nerves are reacting by going into a relatively hypersensitive state. Also malnutrition – pumping all that alcohol and liquid through your body has effectively flushed away a significant amount of your storage of vitamins and nutrients; chemicals which would stimulate natural defence systems, but you're running seriously low on them now. Without a clinical explanation, most of us know how an alcohol hangover feels, though and it usually involves two or more of the following: headache, nausea, diarrhoea, lack of appetite, dizziness, shakiness, fatigue and depending on the severity, an overall feeling ranging from being unwell to wishing for an early death!

Can hangovers be reduced or even prevented?

The answer is 'yes'. Various pills, powders and power drinks on the market all claim to either cure the hangover or stop it before it starts. We tried Alcomate, but the one we have found most effective is the NoHang Hangover Prevention Pill which will allow you to party all you want and stay hangover-free. It works!

NoHang is a revolutionary hangover prevention supplement scientifically designed to neutralise dangerous toxins absorbed by the body during alcohol consumption. Unlike other hangover cures or hangover prevention products NoHang works immediately and continuously for up to 24 hours on a single dose. You can drink the night away without worrying about a nasty hangover the next morning!

Each NoHang capsule contains a proprietary blend of Chinese Giant Hyssop Perilla frutescenes (leaf) Beefsteak Plant Agastache rugosa (leaf)  plus other ingredients including taurine, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium sterate, silicon dioxide, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, gelatin and water.

Just take two capsules with your first drink and NoHang gets to work right away.

Note that NoHang does not absorb or eliminate the alcohol content in your blood when you drink. You will still feel the effects, and it won't help you pass a breathalyser or other alcohol test, so you still shouldn't drink and drive!
